The Situation

Amanda Signorelli and her husband Anthony started a land investment company, Land of America, in Charleston, WV. They needed an effective way to find and connect with land owners looking to sell their land, so they reached out to RocketPrint & Mail for help.

The Solution

Land of America decided to target vacant land owners with letters. The letter included the following features:

  • Amanda’s signature in a handwritten font to make the letter look more personal
  • A message written in a professional but friendly tone to entice the recipient to read it and trust the sender

Each mailing included about 500 letters and were sent out on a weekly mailing schedule.

Since Land of America started the direct mail campaign, they have mailed more than 16,735 letters.

The Results

They connected with 17 land owners and made $8,000!

As a result of this letter campaign, Land of America received about 900 responses, converted 17 of them and generated $8,000 in revenue!
